🌍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship from Switzerland to most countries worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout or if you need an express delivery, please contact us for assistance and cost calculation.

🚚 Processing & Delivery Times

• Order Processing: 1–3 business days
• Domestic Shipping (Switzerland): 2–5 business days
• International Shipping: 2–15 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

💰 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. 

🧾 Taxes & Duties

• Switzerland: All prices include Swiss VAT (the reduced VAT rate for books is currently 2.6%).
• International Orders: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are your responsibility.

We use eco-friendly and recyclable packaging materials whenever possible.

📬 Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
